Dear All,

Seeking your advice to as there are confusing guidance

I entered UK in 2017 in ICT and retained ICT till 2023
In 2023 I switched to Innovator visa.

The calculation from 2017 till date is 7 years and I am not sure if I qualify to change to ILR. there are various outdated details on some of the solicitor websites. Anyone who can guide, please do so

There is no 7 year ILR route! It is 5 years on a qualifying visa or 10 years on the qualifying visas.

Some limited visas allow ilr after 3 years if you meet certain conditions.
