ILR Eligibility question

Wife received 1 month spouse Visa on 25/07/2019 & she migrated on 19th Aug 2019 followed by we collected her BRP.

We extended her visa on 13th April 2022 (After 2.5 years) on same day service & HO gave her visa until 04/11/2024.

Now question is she eligible for ILR on 5 year route now as she completed her 5 years of getting her first visa or we have to wait for 28 days prior before current visa expire on 04/11?

Visa expiry is irrelevant. She is eligible to be granted ILR within 28 days of completing her 5 years, counting from first date of entry to the UK

As she moved to UK on 19th Aug 2019 means she is eligible from 23/07/2024 right
