My BRP is Expiring 30th September, 2024

Hi,

Please I need an advise. My BRP is expiring 30th of September, 2024 and I am currently in Nigeria but my Wife and Daughter are in the Uk. I will be travelling back to the UK 15th of August, 2024. I want to know if you I won't be denied entry to the UK because my Expiring date is 30th of September, 2024. I also intend renewing on the 16th of August, 2024 with my wife and Daughter.

Why would you be denied entry if your BRP is valid ? What is your immigration status ?

Hi,

My wife is a student and will be doing her graduation in November, 2024 and I am a dependant on her. She is still in the UK at the moment. I travelled in May, 2024.
