Pregnant on tier 2 skilled visa UK

Hie, I want help, I have been working for a care home and due for my indefinite leave in September but unfortunately due to personal reasons I resigned in June when I was pregnant. My delivery is due September so my problem is with pregnancy I can’t find a job now tha chances are low. What can I do now though I haven’t received the 60days letter and is this not going to affect my ILR in due in Sept.

If you can change your mind about resigning, then ask your former employers if they will agree to let you withdraw your resignation?

She resigned in June, it is now August. I think it is unlikely that her previous employer would re-hire her just when she is going to go on maternity leave!

Perhaps they had hoped or thought that she was starting maternity leave from June rather than resigning?

Why Vinny? That would mean they have to pay her maternity leave with no guarantee she will return, and they will need to pay someone to do her job.

Resigning was the wrong thing to do, even if unavoidable. Finding a job when heavily pregnant will be impossible, no one will employ her for obvious reasons.

But, she needs an answer to her ILR question.

It was a bit of wishful thinking on my part, as a curtailment notice seems to be late, unless she has less than 60 days leave.

Unfortunately, she cannot apply for ILR without a current employer.
