(urgent) PSW Visa Refused, New Evidence, can i reapply?

Post by armita » Tue Jan 06, 2009 7:29 pm

Hello everyone,

I applied for PSW visa and got refused because my balance has a few days under 800!!! I was confident they would give some leniency but no ... Now my visa has expired and I was on IGS so I cant go home and reapply either.

I can appeal against the decision. However !!!!! I just realised for my birthday last year, my parents give me a bank account at home for a couple thousand pounds UK equivalent which I could have used for maintenance evidence but I did not.

Now my IGS visa has expired, can I reapply with this new funding evidence at all? Or should I appeal with this evidence? I have got so many mixed advice about the grace period. I would be thankful if anyone could please clear it up for me. Will they accept my new application now? If they refuse it will they take the money?? Or should I appeal with this new evidence hoping they will change their mind??

Thanks & Regards
