Dependant visa - Tier 1 maintenance of funds

Hi,

I am a Tier1 General migrant visa holder and I now wish to apply for my husband's dependant visa from India.

I have the following queries:
1) How many days does the dependant visa application take to be processed?..Is it 15 working days or 5 working days?

2) At the time of applying for my visa, I had stated that no dependants would join me within year. At that time it was right but now due to his professional committments he has to fly back o India. I landed year on Oct 31, 2010 and got a job which starts next week.
So now while applyng for his dependant visa how much balance should he show in his account. It it (2800 + 1600) pounds or only 1600 pounds since I have a got a job.

3) Can multiple bank accounts be used to to show the maintainance of funds? i.e. Can i have 1000 pounds in account A and 600 pounds in accountB, and show the bank statements of both these accounts as my maintainance of funds?

Yes you can as there is nothing in the Guidance notes to suggest anything to the contrary.
