Over 2 months and still nothing, its just crazy how long everything takes. Been now almost 6 years in total. Applied on my 3 years as I am married to Irish Citizen and its taken almost as long as that again for the application process, with no issues, its just how long its taken, mental like.

Has anyone from Laois received their certificates? And have those who have children, have their children received their certificates, I have an older daughter who has been waiting since June 14th they said they would post her certificate after 4 weeks it’s been almost 2 months still nothing she needs it for her job and also university, it’s her second year and I’ll be forced to take out more loans to try and pay her tuition although she’s done all her schooling in Ireland, I’m very discouraged and so is she, she can’t do the same thing as her friends and I see it gets to her, this whole summer she hasn’t done any activities as she feels she’s playing a waiting game where she’s the only one losing each time, me and my husband are citizens and we have been waiting for this since she was in primary school she’s now turning 19 next month and still hasn’t gotten a reply.

Try contact your local TD.

They will respond quick to this issue.

Do the postman need a signature for the delivery of the certificate?
What happens if the postman arrive and I am not home?
Can not just eave a letter so I can sign it and collect the certificate in the post office?
Immigration send it registered post so it should require a signature, but it completely depends on what your postman chooses to do. If you aren’t in. They’ll either leave the letter or a note to say they missed you and to pick it up from post office. If you haven’t picked up within 3 days they return it to Immigration and you’ll need to chase it from them.
Thank you so much

How can I know if the certificate is back to immigration? Can the postman leave a note or something if that the case? I was away for the last two weeks and back on Saturday night

I haven't received mine either yet.
I attended the ceremony in Killarney, June 10th.
I am based in Westmeath.

10 weeks now and only yesterday they replied my email from 4 weeks ago, saying the Certificate is now issued by a private company and There is no timeframe to be delivered.

I also got mine today. I was at the June 10th ceremony in Killarney and live in Cork. The postman just shoved it in my postbox without ringing the bell for a signature, so it's all crumpled. Still good to finally have it.

I attended the 11 Jun ceremony. Most of my friends and neighbours who attended their ceremonies in June have already received their certs. While I'm still eagerly waiting for the postman everyday. My IRP is expiring in two weeks. Not sure how I can leave/enter the country if I have to...
