Starting application before qualification date

Post by graddev » Sun Aug 18, 2024 11:51 pm

Hi all,

I was supposed to submit my application by today as I've been living in the UK for 6 years now. However due to the 5 year presence rule and me coincidentally being away for a holiday 5 years ago this week, I won't be able to submit my application, it's in a draft state now. I will have to await for 8 days to be in a qualified status.

My question is that, since I started application before I was qualified but not submitted it yet, is it okay if I reuse this application? I couldn't spot any withdraw/delete application functionality.

Thank you,

It is Okay, not an issue at all. Your submission date is what is relevant not when you started filling it.

No issue - the system will automatically store your application for 10 weeks, so you will be able to log in and submit at the appropriate date.
