Naturalization - Biometric Question

Hi,

My status is ILR BRP and evisa linked. I had given Biometric last year for ILR.
Do I need to get Biometric appointment again for Naturalization or I should be able to use IDV app to validate identity?

Any help appreciated.

You are usually required to take another biometric collection for citizenship application even you have had many collections before.
Once you fill in the applicion form online (unless you decide to use the Post Office by post servicers which takes longer than online), you will received email asking you to book an appointment for biometric collection almost the same as your previous visa applications.

Applicants do not decide if they go for biometrics or use IDV app, whichever is considered appropriate as you submit will be communicated.
