my solicitor had to put up some write-up
1. social service department involvement
2. police report
3. Domestic violence letter or refuge letter
4. prove of destitution
5. Any other evidence

My biometric was in month of MAY nd it takes 3 month
Yesterday on sunday
Sunday is holiday but i wonder homeoffice send me email on holiday
