Help - Not sure about next visa route for partner

Hello,

My partner came to join me in the UK in 2019 and has been a dependent on my then student and now graduate visa. However, I was granted ILR based on the 10-year route this month - Aug 2024. I am uncertain about the next visa category she needs to be on to remain in the UK as the graduate visa expires in Nov. 2024. Does she have to move to a spouse visa OR can she apply for a further leave to remain based on family or private life since she has already lived in the UK for 5 years? Thanks.
