I did not pay for the application as they feel i am not destitute but the application is worth 2880 gbp which is quite a lot .

You did not pay in starting,because application considered without paying unless you refused on 9.0 immigration rules.after consideration and decision,they decide on fee waiver.

I have been asked to pay the application fee within 10 days as my claim for destitution is not substantial enough

Person whom i met during my application got email twice from home office asking additional evidence and yesterday his application is refused

Everyone accused will always claim they are not and it's the reverse. so needs more looking into.

Does he have kid(s). A lot of people face abuse and have a genuine reason for ilr but cannot be bothered and just opt for the parent route.

Was given 10 days to pay or provide evidence of benefits through a bank account or receipts.

But my universal credit will be ready mid-September, which is after 10 days given to me so, I paid

Bio on 24th Of May, still waiting, I got Marac letter and they classed me as highest risk of abuse, my partner pulled out a knife and wanting to kill me
. I paid for the application myself.
