Name change deed poll/affidavit to update OCI

Folks, I searched this forum for similar cases, but couldn't find the right solution. I am a British citizen with an OCI. I've recently changed my name through unenrolled deed poll and updated my UK passport with the new name. I am now doing the same for my OCI through their miscellaneous services. Unfortunately, the HCI info says the applicants will have to submit name change deed if the name has changed. This can mean anything. Does it mean that I can just use my unenrolled deed poll that I used for my UK passport? Or do I have to redo the whole deed poll again through an oath commissioner? Any experience is appreciated!
