Lower rates - Tier 2 (Skilled Visa)

Hi, Good evening all. Need advice on the lower salary threshold;

I received my COS and Tier 2 (Skilled Visa) before 4th April 2024. My question is Am I eligible for lower rates ? for example,

• Occupation code – 5214

• Job type – Pipe fitters

• Standard going rate = £31,200

• Lower going rate = £25,800

• (Source - Skilled Worker visa: immigration salary list)

If I apply for a "Pipe fitters" occupation,, I need to have £25,800 salary per annum to get the sponsorship right ?
