Surrender Indian passport application

Hi, I'm trying to fill the application for surrendering indian passport. The field for nationality is a dropdown that does not give any options and it is a mandatory field that does not let me proceed further. Does anyone know what to do in this case? Is there a helpline number to call and check on this?
