Skilled Worker Dependant visa extension - UK with main applicant having ILR

Hi Team,

I am holding Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) based on skilled worker visa and will be applying for my wife's dependant visa extension in UK.

The SOC code based on COS letter is 2423(Management consultants and business analysts), however as per revised list of SOC codes published by home office in April,2024 the same job title is tagged to a different SOC code (2431)

New SOC Code:
2423 Taxation experts
2431 Management consultants and business analysts

I need some guidance on which SOC code (as per COS letter Old:2423 or new: 2431) i need to provide while applying for dependant visa application extension.

I have query regarding below question.
1. Does xxx already have their Skilled worker visa? - what to select this Yes/No as i am holding ILR now, not skilled worker visa.

if i select yes to question 1, then section "Financial Maintenance" appears in the application form and its asking to answer this question.
2. Has xxxx employer agreed to certify your financial maintenance? -Yes or NO

if i select No to question 1, then section "Financial Maintenance" is excluded from application form.

3. What is xxxxx's UAN? - i need to provide my skilled worker visa extension UAN or ILR application UAN (as ILR was last application - linked to selection in question:1)


I would really appreciate your input.
