Health care visa after no further action from police

Me and my husbnd was arrested on wrong allegations made by my landlord for child neglection and common assault but both got no further action last week. My health care visa application is pending since 9 of march due to this case . My question is as we got no further action will these allegations made any problem in getting my visa or they can affect our DBS. I also got confirmation from police officer that as we were never charged not convicted so it will not affect my future work. Can i get my visa easily after this ?
