ILR for main applicant after 10 years and dependant have spent 5 years on different visas

Hello,
I have been in the UK since October 2015, initially I came here on ICT Tier 2 visa and my family joined permanently from May 2019 as my dependant on ICT Tier 2 visa.
I switched to Skilled worker visa in Nov 2021 and family as my dependant switched too.
I will be completing 10 years in the UK in October 2025 and my family has completed 5 years plus (around 2 and a 1/2 years on ICT visa and 3 years on Skilled Worker visa).
Family consists of:
Wife,
Daughter(9yrs)
Son(3 yrs old, born in the UK)

Questions:
1. If I apply for ILR via 10 years route will my family have to wait for 10 years too for their ILR ?
2. Currently I am in the process of my visa renewal, would be wise to get a 2 years Skilled worker visa for all
of us so that we all can apply via 5 years route on Skilled worker visa ?
3. Once I have got the ILR, will my son need an ILR or can we apply for his naturalisation as he was born in the UK ?
