If you applied outside the UK sign in to your account using the link from your sign-up email. Go to ‘Section 6: further actions’ to cancel your application.,
You’ll also need to cancel any appointments at the visa application centre.

Hi zimba thanks for your reply
My biomatrics were on 18th September after giving my biomatric and passport I came back home and at night I received an email from ukvi they said
INCORRECT VISA fee paid you have paid immigration salary list fee and you have 10 days to withdraw your application
I emailed ukvi for a withdrawal 2 days ago right after the email but I haven't received any reply from them.. Yet
Can you plz tell me how long it will take for them to reply me and when I can get my passport back and also can I use the same cos to apply again?
Many thanks
Rehan

No one can tell you how they operate and how long this may take. We do not have a glass ball. This all depends on what happens locally there. Follow as advised above.

Hello,
I am having same issue, Don't worry about it. You can use your cos again. Just wait for passport to arrive and then reapply. Simple!
Thanks.
