It’s a leftover from the paper days.
You attached your photo to the declarations?coco__nutty wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2024 12:50 pmHello!
I have the same question and if you successfully submitted and perhaps even received a response to your application, can you please advise?
I just submitted my application and now stressing about the referee declaration that instructs to attach a physical photo... I filled out all referees' details within the application - including their passport number.
Thank you!
Hi, filling out the referees' details on the application form alone is not enough. The 2 Referees' Declaration Forms signed by referees with your physical passport photo attached are a requirement (photo does not need to be signed at the back). You need to upload them with the rest of your other documents before your Biometrics enrolment appointment with TLSContact on their website once you've booked your appointment if you're uploading yourself or at the appointment if paying the centre to do it for you.coco__nutty wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2024 12:50 pmHello!

So do I upload it with the photo attached and signed - just to be safe? Just stick the photo onto the form, no need to sign, not even "just to be safe" - you will be fine!
Also, do I upload photos of me ahead of the appointment? NO!I thought they’ll take photos and fingerprints there? YES - they'll take a photo of you... don’t want to mess up You won't, relax!
