You should be able to create an account with UKVI and request an eVisa: https://www.gov.uk/view-prove-immigration-status
I assume you already met the employment requirement for ILR. You do not have to replace the job or advertise anything, etc. There are NO restrictions on how to run your business or who to hire as long as it is all legal.
zimba wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2024 1:35 pmIt is your job to show that you are a genuine entrepreneur with a genuine business otherwise you cannot get ILR. Why are you asking us to help you with your business documents or what to send ?? We are not running your business and the documents asked are self-explanatory.
Tier 2 route do not exist. If you have a SOC allocated by a sponsor, you can vary your current ILR application to the skilled worker route application and you can resign later as a director when your visa is approved.
zimba wrote: ↑Sat Oct 12, 2024 8:45 pmNote this is the ILR forum so your queries in this thread should be all about ILR, any specific skilled worker visa question must be asked in the relevant sub-forum instead.
1. Yes, however the minimum salary threshold for ILR is much higher now.
All you need to know about salary calculations under the Skilled Worker route
2. No
3. No. IHS payment is never refunded for a granted visa. You need to pay IHS for the full period of any visa
4. No. A skilled worker visa is about being sponsored
5. No
