My family members application hasn't come back yet. They only applied in early September. Hopefully expecting to see something in a couple of weeks.

However, a friend in the same shoes applied in August and already recieved approval of their citizenship application. They're in the same exact shoes. Granted ILR Set O/skilled worker route. Did not attach any English language test in the ILR application (evidence not required for skilled worker). In the citizenship application, they just attached the test they used for entry clearance (their very first leave to enter skilled worker application) despite not attaching it for ILR. Their citizenship application was processed in less than 2 months.

I'll let you know once ours is out. But this one is a close family friend who showed me their application beforehand. We did discuss the immigration rules together and decided on applying without a new test.

Thank you for the feedback. Could you please point to the paragraph in the AN booklet where it states that (with section name, or page number) - so we can direct applicants who have a similar query?

I'll also update once my family's citizenship is out.

To follow up on our discussion, I can confirm my family members citizenship application approval is now out. 1.5 months of processing and no questions asked.
