TLS Contact Website is not working/no availability

I'm applying for the UK skilled worker visa extension, and having completed all steps in the application, I'm on tls appointment booking page finally. Whole morning it showed an error preventing me from proceeding further. Now it shows "no available vacs for this country" in the select location page.

When I'm somehow able to jump to the tls vcas appointment booking page from Google searches, it just shows that "please select a day to see the available time slots" in November, but there is no view, button available to select a day. There's no calendar view available basically.

Also I couldn't find tls ukvcas contact number online, any recommendations how to proceed as this is an urgent case?

I can't comprehend how a company like this can fail at a job which they claim to be proud of.

The biometrics service has moved from ukcvas to TLS only very recently. Not many of us have knowledge or experience given it is a new service provider.

Why is it an "urgent case"??

I posted this query to see the opinions of other members who is facing this issue.

Re urgency - It is due to the travel plans I've got. I submitted my application when the service provider was SopraSteria and I was aiming to attend the biometric appointment on the earliest day to avoid delays.

My frustration and lack of trust to TLS Contact comes from my personal experience of working with them in the past where issues like this was quite normal even though they have been doing this for couple of years already.

I guess many might be facing the same issues.

They have less UKVCAS centres available/appointments than Sopra Steria, it seems to be the cause of the lack of appointments.
From October 15th, 2024, TLScontact will become the official service provider for UK visa and citizenship services in the United Kingdom. Ahead of that date, we have already opened a significant number of appointments and are still gradually ramping up capacity at our 30+ new UKVCAS Service Points. During this transition phase from the current service provider, you might experience some shortages in certain very high demand locations. In the meantime, please note that you can apply at any Service Point across the country
I understand this is frustrating but nobody can control how they address these problems, applicants need to have extra patience. Also it's always been advised to avoid making any travel plans when there is a pending or upcoming immigration application.

Good luck getting an appointment that you want at a place near you. I managed to get an appointment a month from now 250 miles away. Apparently you only get two cancellations to rebook, and when you do, the booked slot gets released, so you might lose that too if you do not get a new appointment.

TLS is so incompetent

Not sure when new slots get released. Some say 9am, while others say 1am!

I have same issue, I paid £60 for a premium appointment, received an email with a receipt and confirmation of appointment in Bristol ( about 200 miles from my residence) UKVCAS /TLS centre ( 3 weeks from booking). but this doesn't show up on my TLS contact account; I hope this is still ok for me to attend the paid premium appointment.

I have complaint via email to GOV.UK, TLS contact and EU settlement scheme ( because I am applying for a citizen ship via EU settlement route) but no reply from anyone.

It has been going on for more than 3 weeks now!.

I'm having the same issue. There was plenty of appointments and the website was working fine. Then suddenly when I was about to book, it stopped working and says No available vacs for this country

If anyone knows any solution please share it
