No email or decision received from homeoffice either asking for evidence or stating there is a further delay.
I did contact my local MP on 14th Oct'24 and they got a response from HomeOffice on 25th Oct'24 stating that "Applicant has been advised that due to complexity of the application the decision will be made by 29th Oct'24 and refund will not be provided as per refund policy. Since the application is within the stipulated timeframe, we cannot provide any further update on it but we will write again to the applicant if we expect further delay and cannot make a decision by 29th Oct'24."
I have now asked the local MP to revert back to home office asking for an update since the stipulated timeframe is over now.

'Although we mentioned we would make a decision by 29th Oct'24 but we are unable to do so due to your application raising complex issue relating to European Convention on Human Rights and will now aim to reach a decision by 1st Feb, 2025. If we still cant make a decision by 1st Feb,2025 , we will let you know.
