Can adult and his family join his parents in the UK who are living here permanently?

Hello,

Can you please help as no idea after Brexit.

Polish mum and dad are living in the UK permanently (they have their settlement status). Can their adult son, his wife and adult child move to the UK (for living and working) without visa (on a basis of joining family) or thats not the case anymore?

If they need formalities to be sorted , what and where they need to apply for, please?

Recommend you read the guidance on EU Settled Status family permits:

Note the section "Eligible family members".
If I understand correctly their son and son's family don't qualify...
However not being too familiar with current rules I will let others comment further on your scenario.

Many thanks. Yeah from what you have quoted it looks like if the adult is over 21 they cant go this route.
