Inquiry on IHS Fee for Dependent in the UK

Good morning,
Please assist in advising me. I am a student here in the UK living with my dependents, we came here last year, I applied for a visa extension in which I paid 388pounds.

My dependents applied a month after mone and were also charged 388pounds bit now Home office sent a mail that the Ihs fee is 776 not 388. So we need to pay 776pounds. I am confused about this because the visa extension I got us for 6months so why are they asking for 776 and we are all here in the UK as a family. Please what do I do?
