EU Settlement Scheme family permit to join family in the UK

Hi, hope someone can guide me best. So an EU with settled status married abroad in 2022 but our relationship started in 2020 as during the pandemic I visit my now wife and stayed in her house for 6 months then I return to UK and now not sure about the "unmarried partner" meaning. I was not resident in her country but was just visiting, I have only proof I stayed there (like bank acount statemnts showing cash withdrawals from nearby cash machine) payment of some blood tests we did together at the same time and date, pictures....
Is it really a need to be an unmarried partner for 2 years living together? or with small evidence will suffice? or what else will be needed to see if I can remember back then and try to find from emails/bank statemnts, etc...thanks
