1. SET(O) is correct
2,3 You are NOT part of the application at all. You should select NO
4. Consent form part 2 should be signed by you. That is all
5. See above
6. BRP is enough

So ? You are not part of the application because you are not an applicant.

That’s why I am getting confused.

Hi Zimba can you please help me
In my wife ilr application finance Option I have selected NO for public funds as she is not claiming anything but o am getting

At the end of application can I attach this covering letter

Dear Case Officer,
Re: Indefinite Leave to Remain Application
I am writing in relation to my application for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) in the UK, and I would like to provide clarification on several points in order to support my case.
1. Life in the UK Test:
I have successfully passed the "Life in the UK" test, and the Reference number for my test is //ejdidodn)
2. English Language Requirement:
I have also completed and passed the required English language test. The Reference number for my English B1 test is TCL/2737494949 . I trust this meets the necessary requirement for my application.
3. Partner's Claiming of Public Funds:
I would like to clarify that my partner, who is a British citizen from 2022, is currently claiming public funds. However, he is not part of my application for ILR. As such, I have selected "NO" in the finance option on my application form, as his financial circumstances are not relevant to my case.
I hope this letter provides the necessary clarification, and I would be happy to provide any further information or documentation if required.
Thank you for your time and consideration of my application. I look forward to your response.
Yours sincerely,
[Your Full Name]
