ILR Set M - Timeline

Hello Great People,

Thanks for always being so helpful, Bless you all.

I have a quick question please, could any of the experts help me reassure if I'm going into the right direction.

I came to the UK as a dependent (Set M) on 9th Jan 2020, granted FLRM on 31.07.2022. My 5 years into the UK will be completed on 9th Jan 2025, however, I believe I can apply for the ILR 28 days before 9th Jan 2025. I'm all set and ready to send my application tomorrow i.e. 15th Dec'2024. Hope I'm not doing anything stupid. :?:

Also, how's the processing time looks like these days?
