Hi everyone,
I currently hold a 5-year Skilled Worker visa under the job title of Care Worker (Support Worker). After working on this visa for two years, I secured a new role with the NHS as a Healthcare Support Worker. When I inquired about visa sponsorship for the new position, I was informed that my current visa would need to be canceled. I'm a bit confused about what this means. If my current visa is canceled and I’m issued a new 3-year visa, would I still be able to combine it with the previous two years to qualify for ILR?
Thanks
