ILR qualifying Period

Hi Expert,

I am uk last 7 years My current visa is due to expire on september 27th 2025. I need to understand when can apply for ILR.

My current visa granted on the 29th October 2020 and expiring on 27th Septembaer 2020. I am in the uk before this date on other visa like Tier Depndanat and ICT.


On Tier 2 General Main Apllicant: 29th October 2020- 27th September 2025--- Total Duration 4 years 10 months 30 days

So Can I apply for ILR on the 27th September 2025 and book Biometric appointment after completing 4 years 11 months which is on october 1st 2025 or do I need another extention on skilled worker?

Optional Information:

Tier 2 Dependant Duration: April 2019 to 29th October 2020

ICT Duration: February 2028- April 2019
