HELP, ILR application due in May and I lost my job!

Long story short I didn't pass probation. My wife's application needs to be submitted end of May. After falling ill during my probation period twice I've been sadly let go after 3 weeks. I am starting another job in 2 weeks which is on going temp. If the total in 12 months adds up to 18600 (it was through multiple jobs) including 5 more payslips where I will be starting will she still be able to be accepted? It will only be 5 months worth of payslips but within the last 12 months I'd definitely have earnt over 18,600. Also if it's temp will it be ok??

You may apply under category B and satisfy the requirements in two parts, on the date of application:

1) Your annualised income from your current job should be above the threshold (£18,600+)
So all salary earned in your most recent job divided by the period in which it was earned, then multiplied by 12 must be above (£18,600+)
AND
2) In the last 12 months, you have earned in total, at least the minimum salary needed (£18,600+), so all income earned in the least 12 months from any job held

Thank you Zimba! I am still a bit confused. I have had to leave a few jobs due to to health issues and there has been a lot of inconsistency. Some I have worked for only a few weeks before having to resign. Now I have one that I will stick with as health issues are sorted. It will have to be under category B because for next 4.5 months when her ILR is due it won't be enough for 18,500 but within the 12 months the total will be.

Will they look into me leaving work due to health etc as a factor or do they only care about the 18,600 total under category B? Thank you!

Your work history is irrelevant. It is all about the money earned. As I explained, your current job and what you made in total only maters.

Ok thanks! As long as I have a job with evidence and the total in last 12 months exceeds 18,600 that I can show with bank statements and pay slips it should be ok? Under category Plan B working in my current job less than 6 months is fine as long as I've earnt 18,600 in the last 12 months? Sorry, just need clarification for peace of mind

Yes but also note that your current job also must be paying above the threshold
