ILR - Employee support letter beyond 28 days

Could someone please help me with a query regarding support letter date requirement,

I recently have applied my ILR application through the "5 years Tier 2 General visa" route, but am afraid that the employee support letter document is 29 days before the application date.

Application date: 29th Dec 2024
Date on the support letter: 1st Dec 2024

(dates are simplified to facilitate easier calculations)

Now, should i cancel and resubmit the application getting a new support letter that is within the 28 days time frame? can someone advise, TIA
