Working remotely from UK for Netherlands affects ILR prospect?

I'm currently in the UK on a Global Talent visa. I've received a job offer from a university in the Netherlands, allowing me to work remotely from the UK. Will accepting this offer affect my eligibility for Indefinite Leave to Remain (I will complete 3 years in the UK in March 2026) ?

There is no specific earning requirement under this route however you need to show you earned money in your field in the UK. After all, you are given a GTV visa to work in the UK. Getting a job outside the UK will then defeat the purpose of the visa
