Skilled Worker - Dependents eligibility to ILR

Hello everyone,

I would really appreciate if you can help me with ILR queries.

I arrived UK in Oct 2018 on Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) which was valid until Aug 2023
My family joined me in Sep 2019 as dependents with their visa valid until Aug 2023 and they have been staying with me since

Then in March 2022, I switched to Tier 2 (Skilled Worker). The visa start date is Feb 2022 and it is valid until April 2025.
My family switched to dependents (Skilled worker) a few months later in Nov 2022 (9 months after) and their visa is valid until April 2025 (Same as mine as a principle applicant)

Now I am extending my visa again in April 2025 for another 2 years and same for my dependents. I assume this new visa would be valid until Feb 2027

With that said I will be eligible for ILR in Feb 2027 upon completion of 5 years on Skilled worker visa however my family would complete about 4 years and 4 months (8 months short for ILR if we take Skilled worker - dependents period alone).

My query is: Is my family (my wife and children) eligible for ILR at the same time as me ? if you see they joined me as dependents in Sep 2019 though on different dependents Visa routes?

If my family is not eligible for ILR then what type of Visa I should apply for them in Feb 2027 ? I am afraid even if apply for my ILR in Feb 2027 and I get it in 6 months but by the time my dependents Visa would expire and they will be left with no VISA.

Any response would be greatly appreciated as I need to submit the application for Visa extension in a month.
