Do these documents and timeline meet the cohabitation evidence requirements for a Spouse Visa extension?

Post by san_9090 » Sat Jan 11, 2025 2:09 pm

My wife arrived in the UK at the end of January 2023 and is due for her visa extension this August. I have gathered the following documents as evidence of cohabitation. I understand that the documents should ideally be evenly distributed over the past two years, but I was unable to do so due to a lack of sufficient documentation.

2023

February - Joint Energy Bill

April - letter from DVLA for Provisional Licence (Wife)

DBS Certificate dating May 2023 (Me)

June - letter from HM Revenue for National Insurance Number (Wife)

Jury Service letter dating November 2023(Me)

October Personal Bank Statement (for both)

2024

January - Joint Savings Account

March - NHS address confirmation letter (Wife)

March - Landline Bill (Me)

April - P60 (for both)

September - Joint Energy Bill

2025

January - Joint Savings Account
