ILR UNDER 5 YEAR ROUE

Hi

My leave to remain under the 5 year roue was granted on 20th October 2020 after switched from 10 year parent route. My last 2.5 leave to remain on 5 year parent visa ends on 12.06.2026 but technically my leave to remain should have ended on 20th October 2025.

In this case, when can i apply for indefinite leave to remain? Awaiting Your Advise. Thank you

After 5 years on 5 year route - you don't have to wait until your visa is expired to apply for ILR.

As advised, you can apply for ILR when you are eligible. Visa expiry is irrelevant
