ILR Eligibility

Post by archana2207 » Wed Jan 15, 2025 12:09 am

Hello All,

Here are highlights of my situation:

I Entered UK in July 2018 on ICT dependent visa.

In March 2020 got General Tier 2 Visa but my passport got stuck due to COVID restrictions.
So BRP valid from : 27-3-2020
Received passport in July 2020 and visa stamping is in July 2020.
Entered in the UK: 01 Aug 2020

Family was on ICT Visa.
Became my dependent on 14-12-2020

My older daughter's schooling started in Sept 2018. (Completing 7 years of education in August 2025)

The younger daughter nursery started Sep 2019.
Her actual school started from Sep 2020.
Not sure if Nursery is considered as school education.

I would like to consult with regarding my and my family timeline for ILR eligibility and the best way to apply for ILR to save time and money.

Thank you!

All eligible for ILR on 01-3-2025
Time spent under any dependant route counts under the skilled worker rules and the visa route of the dependant does not matter
