I hope you are well.
I am currently with a Skilled worker visa and spent 5 years with this visa and with the same employer. I have been made redundant and served with a lengthy notice period and my last day of working is July 2025. I am eligible to apply for ILR but my employer is not giving a letter explicitly mentioning I will be required for the employment for the foreseeable future. However, they agreed to write a letter (please see below). Would it be sufficient to obtain an ILR? Will the case worker be happy with that? I am a bit nervous and stressed due to this situation. Any advice would be really helpful!!
