can someone help me understand what date we should use when booking for the life in the uk test please? we’re using brp which expired 31/12/2024 but main visa isn’t due till May 2025. much appreciated.

We’re looking at doing our own ILR this time as solicitor fees have shot up. My husbands ILR isn’t due till May but I thought I’d get ahead of the evidence today. Here’s where I am with cohabitation evidence, does this seem sufficient so far?

I have yet to add to this car insurance and any bills between now and April.

With everything being online/ quarterly, I’ve tried to keep what I can over the last 2.5 years

Also, on 6 Nov 22 we moved address after FLRM expired on 26 October 22. Should I include some sort of proof of address for the month of October-22?

Is it 3 different sources per year

And

If I use the one source in Year 1 can I use same for Year 2 ie water bill in year 1 and then same in year 2?

Or do they not go into such detail?

The immigration rules do not mention anything regarding the cohabitation evidence.
You are advised to send at least 3 pieces of evidence from 3 sources per year, so at least 6 pieces of evidence are needed. ANY document or evidence can be used like utility bills, council tax, bank statements, mortgage documents, tenancy agreements, etc
