Post by teddybear79 » Fri Jan 24, 2025 10:18 pm

Background
-------------
My Mrs and I are British via T1 - ILR - Naturalisation

Now We want to apply british passports for my kids via T1 dependent - now on ILR born outside UK when both parents did not had settled stauts.

I was filling MN1

Selected You were born outside the UK - now which option should I choose nothing seems to fit my case

Your parent is British by descent and lived in the UK or a British Overseas territory for at least 3 years before you were born

Your parent is British by descent and you and your parents (unless they are legally separated) are now living in the UK or a British Overseas territory

You were born on or after 13 January 2010 and your parent was serving in the UK armed forces

You were adopted abroad by British citizen parents

You were born before 1 July 2006 to a British father and your parents were not married

One or both of your parents is applying for British citizenship

Other - apply at the discretion of the Home Secretary

A "minister of a recognised religion" is acceptable, include a note that school/gp reused. UKVI are aware of this issue, no problem.

You don't need to provide proof of address.
