Skilled Worker Visa after Completion of Foundation (Single Cas)

Hello Sir/Madam,

My Nephew is in UK on student visa. He has one year single CAS for foundation course. CAS does not show any condition of further study on Single year CAS. My question is, Can he apply Skilled Worker visa after completing one year foundation course from Study Group.

What is his concern about it exactly? It sounds like he needs to speak to the HR at his sponsor employer.

He is on Student visa. His CAS is one year single CAS for foundation program which is one year.
if he continuous his study. He has to take admission in Bachelor degree for 3 years.
My Question is about his completion of one year foundation course which is Single CAS for 1 year.
Instead of taking admission in University. Can he apply work permit? He has done DEA Level 3 Course (vocational course) which Domestic EPC Course.

Whether he can switch to Skilled worker depends on whether his employer is happy to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship for the application.

Does he have a specific concern about making such a switch from Student to Skilled worker?

Question is
He has one year single CAS for foundation program. Current CAS has no condition of further bachelor. After completing this one year foundation program. Can he switch to Skilled worker visa?
