Question about HSMP/ Tier 1

Post by jocutler » Mon Jan 12, 2009 10:56 am

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help.
I am currently in the UK under the HSMP of which my first term of it is due to expire in June.
I want to go home indefinitly but want to know if I have option of coming back for a second term sometime in the future as long as I qualify under the points system again? And if that is the case do you get to requalify under the re-apply rules ie the age bracket change.

Thanks,
Jo

You would be applying for Tier-1 afresh as in Initial levae to enter if you apply after your current leave has expired and NOT as an extension case. You would therefore not be eligible for relaxed age norms for extension cases.
