Need urgent help on PSW

Hi all, wondered whether anyone can help me on this.

I graduated in Sept 07 and applied for IGS successfully for one year visa. I submitted my application for another year extension at the end of Sept 08 under PSW. I got a refusal letter from HO last week (after over 3 months) stating that I did not qualify for the 10 points for funding in bank because I sent bank statements for June, July Aug 08, and they required July Aug and Sept 08 statements. Just to clarify, my bank account has never dropped below GBP1000 even till today and I have my Sept 08 bank statement with me now. I did not send the Sept 08 bank statement at the time because I have not received it at the time of submission of my PSW application. What can I do now?

1) Do I have the right to have my case reviewed? If yes, how do I go about it? If I do not get it reviewed, when am I required to leave the country?

2) Can I appeal against this decision? How long do that that for the appeal to be process? What do I have to lose if I appeal and fails?

I understand that I only have till 22 Jan 09 for submitting an appeal.
