Hi All,

Can I still use my wife degree certificate for Mrs to prove the level of English language required.

And Ecctis letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or Masters degree or PhD in the UK AND confirm the level of English to which the degree was taught or researched..

Both were used in 15-08-2023 ILR or she needs to do english b1 now?

Hi seniors and juniors and others,

One quick question, in the form I was asked for my wife just BRP card number but not asked for E-Visa (got email to convert)... is it okay or do i need to put e-visa reference there?

Provide what you are asked. If you want you can add the eVisa details on a cover letter.

And does B1, B2 english certs have expiry too?

She has got B1 English Certificate that she used in ILR October 2022 (more than 2 years now).

Can she use that one now?

Hi All,

have received following from Home Office for Mrs application and I am very confused as Mrs Birth Certificate just have first name only say Mrs ABC and sur name (last name) say XYZ is missing or clerical mistake.

But her parents were married that time and thier names does show full name with surname say ABC XYZ in the same birth certificate.

My question is that my all Mrs application were since with Mrs ABC XYZ. And now they are asking name at birth.

And i haven't mentioned any pervious name in application that she was known for (as its same).
