Consent form for ILR application

Post by Y123ing » Sun May 11, 2025 6:49 pm

Hi,

For ILR application, the consent form states that "Where any of the information or documentation also relates to someone else (for example a joint bank account or joint utility bill) you should ask that person or persons to sign PART 2 of the consent form."

Does the consent form only related to joint accounts?

For e-tickets used to prove my absence, there are other passengers' names (they are not related to the application), do I need them to sign the consent form?

Thank you.

Why are you submitting e-tickets??? These are not required. Your passport alone is what is needed to prove absence with stamps.

There are no stamps for some countries. I thought I'll need to include e-tickets and boarding pass to prove that. Thanks.

e-tickets or boarding passes are not required for ILR, no need to submit these.

Missing some stamps on the passport is not an issue.

SET 0 - date of leaving the UK

Post by Y123ing » Thu May 22, 2025 11:19 pm

Hi,
My visa approval date was 1 July 20
My first date of entry was 31 July 20
The first date I left the UK since 31 July 20 was 10 November 20.

When I fill in Set 0, is it correct to put 10 November 20 as the first date of leaving the UK for travel record?

Thank you

Set (0) ILR referees and consent forms

Post by Y123ing » Sat May 24, 2025 3:53 pm

Can I download the referee and the third-party consent forms before filling in the application online?

I've found the following links and would like to check if they are the updated/the right one?

Referees form

https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... on_MN1.pdf

Third-party consent form

https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... onsent.pdf

Thank you

Why are you looking at a referee form ?? That is for British nationality applications and has NOTHING to do with immigration applications or ILR.

You only need to sign the consent form, PART 1 is signed by the applicant and PART 2 by their spouse. Part 3 is ignored as there are no third parties

Evidence of family relationship

Post by Y123ing » Thu Jun 26, 2025 7:36 am

I am applying ILR on my own and my family members are not my dependents. They have individual visas on their own. What evidence of family relationship should I submit? It is listed as a mandatory document in the online form. Thank you.

Loss of Fixed Penalty Notice information - driving

Post by Y123ing » Thu Jun 26, 2025 8:49 am

I have lost some records of my fixed penalty notices. I have attended the national speeding awareness course (which I can prove) but I can't find the speeding ticket information.

I have not got any penalty points or disqualification. Can I just provide the DVLA license record that proves no penalties and disqualification, and the national speeding awareness course and explain in a cover letter that I have lost the speeding ticket?

Thank you.

If you attended an Awareness Course for the ticket it doesn't have to be disclosed anywhere, not even for car insurance.
Assume this was the first offence you got off lightly.

You do not need to provide anything. The doc list is not accurate.
