ILR for dependents 5 Years (Set O or M) ?

Hi

My query is regarding ILR for dependents 5 Years eligibility.

My family's Tier-2 Dependent Visa was stamped on 25th July 2020) and they arrived in UK of 30th September. When do they complete 5 years to be eligible to apply for ILR ?

The earliest date of ILR eligibility is 25th July 2020 + 5 years - 28 days

My apologies, for duplicate post. When I select Set(O) it is asking the question as Which visa is applying for or been granted? there is no dependent option below and it is asking for CoS for dependent

Tier 2 (General) visa
Skilled Worker visa

You select skilled worker and put the details of the last CoS you had!!

DO NOT apply using form SET(M) if you are a dependent of someone under a work related route
