Dependent Immigration Health Surcharges

Post by Nasim10 » Mon Jun 30, 2025 12:14 pm

Dear Seniors,

I hope you are all fine.

I came in UK on Care worker visa. My visa was from October 2023 to October 2028. My Husband and 2 kids got visa of same expiry date.
I changed my Employer in April 2025. my dependents did not apply visa with me. I paid my Immigration Health Surcharge. My new Visa is till end of 2027. My dependents has to pay IHS. I have to go to back home because mother in law is not well.
Can i go with dependents although their IHS are pending and their initial dependent visas were on care worker route? I want to apply their new dependent visa under my new visa but due to family emergency it is difficult to get their visa quickly. i read policy it says you can apply same time or before the expiry of current visa.

Thanks.
