Query about eligibility for ILR via 10yr route

I would like to know if I am eligible to apply for ILR via the 10yr route please. I first arrived in the UK in Sept 2015 on ICT Short term Visa which was further extended in country until Oct 2016. I returned to India on 10 Sept 2016 to change my Visa from ICT short term to ICT long term. My understanding is that this was a Home office requirement back then. I came back to UK on ICT long term Visa on 8 Oct 2016. I spent almost a month in India for Visa purposes. Is this considered to be a gap in continuous residence?

Qualifying period counts from first visa issue date. You can apply before Sep 2025.

Hi again, Is there a link to the list of documents that need to be submitted along with the application? I have requested supporting documents from my employer and as my request is a non-standard, they have asked to see a link to the list of documents needed.

For ILR based on long residence, you do NOT need any employer documents.

The documents you need are not many.
