I came to the UK from India in 1984 as the spouse of a British citizen. My husband is a British citizen.

I would now like to apply for an OCI card.

I have visited India a couple of times on a tourist visa to see my family. I only have photocopies of my old Indian passport, which has expired.

I would like to apply for the OCI card myself. Could you please advise me on the required documents and the application process?

Did you surrender your indian passport or your passport is expired and not surrendered your indian passport?
